First Steps

After your tenant is provisioned, follow these steps to get operational.


Account Setup

  • Log into the Miracle Portal with your operator credentials
  • Explore the dashboard and navigation
  • Review your user permissions and roles
  • Invite team members (Settings > Users > Invite)

Set Up Your First Merchant

  • Create a Company (legal entity container)
  • Create a Merchant under the Company
  • Configure a Terminal (tenant-level connection to a provider integration; one terminal can serve multiple merchants)
  • Create a Channel (link the merchant to the terminal, defining payment method scope and routing eligibility)
  • Submit KYB documents for the company

Configure Payment Processing

  • Set up payment routing rules
  • Configure fee schedules and assign them to the merchant
  • Review risk engine settings (antifraud plans)

Test the Integration

  • Switch to test mode in the Portal
  • Create API keys for the merchant
  • Share API keys and integration documentation with the merchant's developer
  • Verify a test payment flows end-to-end (payin through the HPP or API)

Go Live

  • Switch to live mode
  • Verify KYB status is approved
  • Verify routing points to live provider terminals
  • Monitor first live transactions in the Portal dashboard
