Dashboard

The dashboard provides an at-a-glance overview of your platform's activity. What you see depends on your user layer — owners get cross-tenant platform aggregates, operators get tenant-wide metrics, and merchants see their own payment data.

Operator Dashboard

As an operator, your dashboard shows platform-wide activity and pending tasks.

Metrics and charts:

  • Transaction volume over time (today, last 7 days, last 30 days)
  • Success rate and decline breakdown
  • Revenue summary across merchants

Recent transactions:

  • A live feed of the most recent payments across all merchants (or scoped to a selected merchant via entity context switching)

Pending actions:

  • KYB reviews awaiting approval
  • Withdrawal requests pending operator decision
  • Flagged transactions requiring manual review

Quick actions:

  • Create a new merchant
  • View today's settlements
  • Open transaction search

When you switch entity context to a specific merchant, the dashboard metrics and transaction feed filter to show only that merchant's data.

Merchant Dashboard

As a merchant user, your dashboard focuses on your own payment activity.

Metrics and charts:

  • Your payment volume and transaction count
  • Current balance across balance buckets (available, pending, payable, reserved)
  • Success rate trends

KYB status:

  • Current verification status of your company
  • Any outstanding documents or actions required from you

Recent transactions:

  • A feed of your most recent payments with status indicators

Owner Dashboard

As an owner, your dashboard provides platform-wide aggregates across all tenants.

Metrics and charts:

  • Cross-tenant revenue and platform revenue breakdown
  • Payment volume and conversion rates aggregated across all tenants
  • Geographic distribution of payments (map widget)
  • Connector/provider distribution across the platform

Platform oversight:

  • Tenant-level performance comparison
  • Connector health overview

When you select a specific tenant via entity context switching, the dashboard scopes down to show only that tenant's data. Without a tenant selected, you see platform-wide aggregates.

Customization

Dashboard customization (drag-and-drop, resize, add/remove widgets) is planned per the platform specification. Currently, dashboard content adapts automatically to your user layer and permissions. Widget selection is driven by the server based on your role and the data available to you.

Use the livemode/testmode toggle in the header to switch between production and sandbox dashboard views. See Live / Test Mode.
